Natural Weapons: Strength, her height can also give her an advantage.
Trained Weapons: She has two sets of derby skates. The ones she uses in matches and the ones she wears for self defence. When wearing them she can move at quite a good speed, with pretty good agility. The second pair also have blades built into them which she can make slide out of the toe of the skates.

Weakness:
She has terrible depth perception, so terrible aim. She is always running into things or falling over.
Even though she is considered "Hyperactive" she isn't all that fast (except on skates).
Not much of a brawler (But will fight if she is pushed to it, mainly kicking at her opponents with her longer legs)
She is also mortal. She can be harmed and even killed in any manner that would also harm a human.
Susceptible to iron, while it wont kill her prolonged exposure to it, or having it enter her bloodstream will make her very very ill and weaken her (one of the reasons her people aren't often found in large cities)


Major Skills:
Super strong- she could easily lift a truck
Thick Skinned: Literally. Her skin is thicker than most which makes her able to withstand more hits (handy when playing roller derby)
Stratergy: Although she isn't extremely bright or Intelligent she has superior planning/strategic skills

Minor Skills:
Super hearing- Because of her bad vision her ears are sharper than a normal girls

Likes: Roller Derby/Skating. Chocolate and Coffee (WARNING do not actually let her consume it. She is hyper enough as it is, and god forgive you if you actually giver a mocca)

Dislikes: Most sports besides derby. Her depth perception is pretty awful (really everyone is amazed she can even skate). She is also embarrassed about her height (Being 6'0 and a half she is taller than most girls even though she is still considered small for a cyclops)

Personality: Hyper, she is one of those overly cheerful people, always on the move. She doesn't like staying still for long periods of time, and honestly you would be better off not making her stay still, things tend to go crazy/wrong when Harper is bored.
Harper will talk to ANYONE seriously she is really really friendly. Doesn't matter who you are she doesn't care she will talk to you. and talk. and talk, lets just say she does that a lot too.

If she sees a problem she will go out of her way to "fix" it whether you want the help or not. And surprisingly she actually manages to do good more often than not. Loves making friends, Kind of naive about it and is pretty easy to take advantage of her good nature. Although I wouldn't suggest it. Like I said she has a lot of friends and some of them are pretty scary people. Although she can also bench press a truck so I just wouldn't mess with her in general.

History: Was sent to the academy to learn more about humans and how to interact/blend with them (and so her parents could get a break from the general chaos that follows her) Seriously collects friends wherever she goes, which is surprising due to her crazy personality, but people tend to either adore her or hate her.

She has pretty much always been about the extremes in everything she does. If she starts something she gives it her all, whether its a problem, a friendship or just her emotional state it will probably be an extreme. So you can see why her adoring parents needed a break from her. Not that they don't love her or anything tragic like that.

Her people don't leave their territories often but their natural habitats are being over-run and developed by humans so they sent her to learn how to adapt (and to teach them when she returns home) Harper is quite the oddity among her people, who tend to be shy, except when angered. You don't really want to piss off a cyclops. Although she did inherit the cyclops protectiveness (aka territorial) that was about it, she would never be described as shy and it takes a fair bit to make her mad.
No siblings she is an only child.
